Applications
Where PP Inox products are used
„We weld wedge wire screens. Every deviation in profile geometry carries through into the slot width."
→ Drawn triangular and square profiles 2–8 mm: stable cross-section within ISO h8–h11 tolerance along the entire length of the coil, consistent from coil to coil
„The strip goes straight into a progressive die. Variation in thickness and hardness between coils throws off our tool setup."
→ Precision strip 0.2–6.0 mm: defined material condition (annealed, or hardened incl. skin-pass), stable mechanical values throughout the whole delivery
„The slit edge of the strip creates burrs in the assembly and damages the seal. Deburring is an extra operation."
→ Edges rounded or deburred: straight from production, strip ready for assembly or further forming without additional operations
„The project requires duplex strip in a few tonnes. Service centres do not stock such a small quantity in this grade."
→ 12,000–14,000 t in stock in virtually all stainless grades: short lead times even for less common grades and smaller quantities
