About Calvi SpA
The Italian manufacturer Calvi SpA has specialised for 75 years in steel profiles made to measure according to the customer's specifications, drawings and technical documentation. Profiles in all steel grades including stainless come in a wide variety of shapes and geometries: from simple L and U profiles to complex cross-sections with many curves and radii. Over its history, Calvi has produced more than 5,000 different profiles and shapes.
Depending on the required shape and specification, the profiles are produced by hot rolling, cold rolling or (particularly for very tight dimensional tolerances) cold drawing, including heat treatment by annealing. With annual production of approx. 15,000 tonnes and more than 200 employees, Calvi ranks among the world leaders in "tailor-made" profiles.
